Joining Hook & Ladder
- Step One: FREE Beginner's Class
Beginners are always welcome. Come in learn more about CrossFit and get in a WOD (Workout Of the Day) to see if Hook & Ladder CrossFit is a good fit for you. Our Trainers will be happy to answer any questions you have.
Please call to schedule your beginners' class ahead of time if possible.
- Step Two: Foundations Membership
After trying out our program, you can join as a foundation member. This gives you unlimited access to any of our foundation classes. Same price as Full membership. - Step Three: Full Membership
After spending some time in the foundation classes our coaches will let you know when you are ready for full membership. This gives you unlimited access to any of our foundation classes, all Olympic lifting classes and regular crossfit classes.
